This class combines long passive & restorative holds (yin) with strength & endurance building dynamic movement (yang). This class is perfect if you want the best of both worlds. -
Vinyasa
A faster paced practise where movement is linked to the breath…
Our Vinyasa class builds heat throughout and improves your strength, endurance & stamina. If you want a class that has lots of opportunities for physical challenges and progression, this one is for you! -
Core Yoga
A slower practise which increases body awareness and builds strength…
Our Core Yoga class focuses on core work & control. If you like the burn of an intense workout but you also enjoy a mindful yoga practise, you are going to love this class! -
Gentle Flow
A low impact practise which links movement with the breath...
This class focuses on releasing tension, promoting relaxation, improving body awareness and gently building core strength. It avoids intense poses such as inversions, deep twists and backbends (Suitable for beginners and those who are pregnant)
